OKAY HAHAHHAH I SPAMMED JUNYI'S WEBCAM the other day. hahhahahaha .
i love to learn about wine in F&B classes :) its really so interesting. now im excited to wait for CDS so i can take french . i love to learn about the diff types of wine ! the grapes, the producers, quality level everything. i think we all enjoy wine classes. currently at sports comp now doing my wine label thing. ate alot today and i think im screwed for IHT . even tho some things that i browsed thrgh in the morning came out.. hahahah . trainings are now cut down to 3 days a weekk. im kinda sad as the cut down is rowing. i wanna row ! i dislike "judy" alot for yesterday. i hate situps. argh.
swam 10 laps on monday. omg i take 1 hr to swim 10 laps HAHAHAH i slowly swim and i swim like a snail. i think right, my grandma swim faster than me. SERIOUSLY.
okay, i wanna go back to my chardonnay, pinot noir already. heheh.

okay, my goals for this season :
1) increase timing for run
2) swim faster
3) pull up by nov
4) solid arms
5) win something for SAVA sprint and Regatta
6) row well in race
